Terms & Conditions for Furniture Styling and Interior Design Sessions

1- Free Interior Design Sessions

We are pleased to offer complimentary interior design sessions to help you envision the perfect space. These sessions are designed to provide professional advice and styling tips tailored to your needs.

2- Scope of Complimentary Services

The free design session includes an initial consultation and styling recommendations for a single room. Our expert designers will assist you in selecting furniture, decor, and layout options to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of your space.

3- Limitations for Large Projects

For extensive projects involving multiple rooms or entire homes, our complimentary service will focus initially on one room. This allows you to experience our design approach and ensures we meet your expectations before proceeding further.

4- Deposit Requirement for Full Projects

If you are satisfied with the design and styling of the initial room, we will proceed with the rest of the project upon receiving a deposit of AED1,000/-. The deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to complete the project to the highest standards.

5- Project Continuation and Finalization

After the deposit is received, our team will develop comprehensive design plans for the remaining rooms, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious overall design. We will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your vision is realized.

6- Site Visit by Interior Designer

Upon receipt of the deposit payment, a site visit will be scheduled with our interior designer. This visit is an essential part of the design process, enabling the designer to assess the space, take necessary measurements, and discuss your vision and specific requirements in detail. Please note that any additional site visits or consultations beyond the initial one may incur extra charges, which will be outlined and agreed upon in advance.

7- Design Deliverables and Solutions

As part of our design consultancy services, you will receive a comprehensive package that may include the following:

  • A personalized mood board
  • Room layout planning
  • Detailed 2D renderings
  • Lighting recommendations
  • Curtain recommendations
  • Color scheme and materials plan
  • Product overview and purchase list

8- Product Availability and Design Amendments

While we aim to provide a comprehensive range of products, we cannot guarantee that all items will be available or perfectly suited to the customer's requirements at the time of purchase. Any modifications due to product availability or suitability will incur additional charges. In the event that a redesign is necessary, further fees will apply accordingly.

9- Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you decide not to proceed with the full project after the initial room design, no charges will apply beyond any agreed-upon purchases or services. However, deposits for full projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10- Additional Costs

While the initial consultation and styling advice are free, any furniture, decor, or additional services purchased through our recommendations are subject to standard pricing. We will provide clear and detailed quotes for any items or services before proceeding.

11- Scheduling and Availability

Design sessions are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Our team will strive to accommodate your schedule as best as possible.
